Author Guidelines

Review Process
  1. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a blind peer-review process and are required to adhere to the scientific standards of originality and academic excellence.
  2. The corresponding author is responsible for confirming that all co-authors have approved the publication of the article and assumes accountability for the manuscript throughout the submission and review stages.
  3. Review feedback will be communicated to you, and you may be required to make the necessary revisions and resubmit the revised manuscript by the specified deadline.
Submission Requirements
  1. Submit papers of at least 5 pages, including figures, tables, and references, to be presented in oral sessions. Abstracts and full papers intended for formal presentation sessions are also welcome.
  2. For presentations only, provide an abstract of no more than 250 words.
  3. Papers must be submitted in PDF format and should be compatible with Adobe Acrobat (English version). Submissions in other formats, such as Postscript, will not be accepted. Avoid the use of special characters or non-standard fonts. Submissions must be viewable and printable exactly as received using standard tools and printers; therefore, it is highly recommended to embed only standard fonts within the PDF file.
  4. Ensure that papers are optimized for printing on black-and-white printers, not color printers. Pay close attention to figures and graphs to guarantee they remain clear and legible without the use of color. Utilizing explicit grayscale tones for graphs and figures will help achieve consistent results when printed in black and white.
  5. Ensure all labels and symbols in graphs and figures are clearly legible, including the font sizes of tick marks, axis labels, and legends.
  6. Standard templates for LaTeX submissions are provided below.
  7. For Microsoft Word users, the US Letter template may be used. Note that only PDF files are accepted for the review process, and all submissions must be completed through the iConf submission system.
